Sarah Takash (she/her) is a visual and performing artist who loves photographing people and the things that are most important to them.

She graduated summa cum laude from

Fordham University and the Ailey School where she earned a BFA in both Dance and Visual Arts with a concentration in photography. Sarah was awarded departmental honors in both her majors, earning the Lipani Visual Arts Award.

Sarah loves utilizing her dance training to create unique compositions in still images.

As a dance educator, Sarah has skills in

working with (and wrangling) children of all ages. 

After spending 2 years performing and creating

in Boston, Sarah has returned home to New York and New Jersey to grow her photography business in tandem with her career as a performing artist.
